You must be legally capable of entering into the transaction you request and must provide accurate information. Cardmonix may refuse or restrict a transaction where eligibility, identity, ownership, source of funds, card validity or compliance cannot be reasonably established.

3. Gift Card Trading

Only gift cards and card types currently supported by Cardmonix may be submitted. You are responsible for ensuring that the gift card information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal right to trade the card.

Cardmonix may request additional information or verification before completing a trade. Rates can change based on brand, region, denomination, card type, market conditions and other factors. Always confirm the applicable rate before submitting a trade.

4. Digital Asset Services

Where Cardmonix offers digital asset trading, only supported assets and transaction methods may be accepted. Transactions may be subject to verification, network conditions, compliance checks and applicable fees.

5. Prohibited Activity

You must not use Cardmonix for fraud, theft, money laundering, unauthorized transactions, scams, stolen gift cards, deceptive activity, or any activity prohibited by applicable law. Cardmonix may suspend or reject transactions where suspicious or unlawful activity is suspected.

6. Rates, Fees and Settlement

Quoted rates and fees may be time-sensitive and are not guaranteed until a trade is accepted under Cardmonix's applicable process. Settlement timing can depend on verification, transaction details, network conditions and other operational factors.

7. Verification and Compliance

Cardmonix may request identification, transaction information, proof of ownership or other information when necessary for security, fraud prevention, compliance or service delivery. Failure to provide requested information may result in a transaction being delayed, rejected or restricted.

8. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and transaction information secure and for ensuring that information submitted to Cardmonix is accurate. Do not share passwords, one-time codes or sensitive account credentials with unauthorized persons.

9. Third-Party Services

Cardmonix may rely on third-party technology, payment, communication or other service providers. Availability of third-party services may affect a transaction, and their own terms may also apply.

10. Service Availability

We aim to keep Cardmonix available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, network failures, provider outages, security events or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cardmonix is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate information supplied by a customer, unauthorized access caused by the customer's failure to protect credentials, third-party outages, network delays, or unlawful or fraudulent activity by a customer.

12. Changes to These Terms

Cardmonix may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page. Continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
